About Molly and Marlow Border Collies
Breeding Perfection
Hi, I’m Xanthe Addison, Founder of Molly and Marlow Border Collies, located on our family farm of almost 300 acres in the Hunter Valley NSW.
My first Border Collie was purebred Coco and she found me when I was eight years old, She was smart, loyal, playful and loving. Coco started my lifelong obsession with Border Collies and all the goodness they bring to the world, changing lives and families, making people smile and bringing people and pups together.
In 2015 Marlow made his way into my life and then Molly came to us in 2021. It took a while for Marlow to warm to Molly but once he did they became inseparable. They had their first litter together in 2023 and we received such amazing feedback from the puppies furever families that we have since had two more litters and would like to grow our breeding capacity.
We have also started a community for our families and the siblings plus had puppies back to the farm to stay when families go away. It’s been an adventure but we absolutely love the difference our dogs are making to lives and families!

Holistic health from prenatal through to your arms
At Molly and Marlow, we are passionate about our pets and their well-being. That’s why we have a structured wellness program which starts before puppies are even conceived. It’s our belief that every step counts. We focus on nutrition, exercise, calm intellectual stimulation, exposure for desensitisation and giving lots of love and affection.
Our puppies are:
- raised around the older dogs, which helps create respect and manners
- playful with their parents which installs fun and confidence
- played with by humans of all ages so they learn limitations and also affection
- predominately breast fed to give greater resilience to diseases, germs plus minimise chances of allergies. Gut microbiome is our focus.
- Encouraged to learn key life lessons from an early age - like swimming
